(More customer reviews)This does not come with a case. I got this for grappling. The boil and bite method for shaping this did not work well. Despite my efforts, this mouthguard did not conform well to my mouth. After a week, parts of the plastic started to flake off in my mouth. Just try grappling while trying not to swallow bits of plastic in your mouth. Will not buy again.
