Easy to open:I'm not sure who created some of the packets for other companies, but they are not easy to open. Taste and Ingredients:If you like coffee, this is a great flavor. If you are put off by a sweet cappucino, then you should try the fruit flavors instead.The caffeine amount is the real plus. Double the amount of the other GU gels, it gives you just the right kick needed to get to the finish of a race.Thumbs up all around on this one. Only downside is if you don't like coffee.
