(More customer reviews)Be very careful on the sizing of this product. The small has an overall dimension measured of 31", and does not fit around the hips of a size 2 female.

Be careful of where you want to wear. All of the photos show it around the hips and not 3 inches above the belly button.

We need to return it and probably order her the LARGE !!!!!!!!!!!!
