(More customer reviews)Good quality sticky mat, resistance band, strap, DVD, chart and ball. Chart shows basic poses and DVD demonstrates poses. While no DVD is a substitute for an instructor it is a useful tool to support workouts outside of class using the principles best learned with an instructor. Highly recommend; much more economical than buying components separately:)
