(More customer reviews)Unique!!!!! Of all the Yoga information out there, these fitdeck cards finally got it right. No fluff, no wordy explanations. Just the poses and some guidance on breathing and form. I've been doing yoga for years and never really spent the time memorizing all of the names of the poses. When I'm in class, it's easy. When I get home - I forget everything. This new yoga fitdeck gives me a perfect reminder of the poses I can do for my routine. Love them.

FitDeck is a unique deck of Exercise Playing Cards that makes exercise more simple, convenient, and fun. FitDecks are available in 56-card and 26-card Booster decks. 56-card FitDecks specialize in bodyweight-only exercises (i.e. Bodyweight, Junior, Senior, Yoga, Pilates, Stretch, Prenatal, and Postnatal). 26-card Boosters may require certain equipment (i.e. Exercise Ball, Pull Up bar, Dumbbell, Office, Travel, Kettlebell, etc.). Boosters can be used as a standalone workout or they can be combined with other FitDecks to create an even more challenging routine.Each card has three fitness levels to accommodate different abilities (beginner, intermediate, advanced). Cards are held in a plastic cardholder making it easy to carry and draw cards while on the go. Shuffle cards before every workout to get a random sampling of upper, middle, lower, and full-body exercises. Never spend another minute trying to decide what kind of exercises to do. FitDeck does the thinking for you. Just shuffle, draw, and go.FitDeck Yoga is a 56-card FitDeck that contains illustrations and instructions describing 50 fundamental Yoga poses. (More customer reviews)Good quality sticky mat, resistance band, strap, DVD, chart and ball. Chart shows basic poses and DVD demonstrates poses. While no DVD is a substitute for an instructor it is a useful tool to support workouts outside of class using the principles best learned with an instructor. Highly recommend; much more economical than buying components separately:)

Natural Fitness Powerhouse Mat Review

(More customer reviews)I bought this mat from another location, and I was excited when I received it. Natural Fitness is a great company with a message that I really identify with. The mat was a great color and the thickness was wonderful, especially because of how bony I am around the hips and knees.

However, I was EXTREMELY disappointed in it when it was put into practice. I brought it to my yoga class, and was horrified when my (perfectly manicured, thank you very much) toe punctured the mat! On top of that, it left lasting indentations from where I shifted my weight or changed position. The mat was also too light for the thickness it has -- thus, when changing position, the mat changes with you. Also, the material is very sticky and when performing with the mat in a class, it is best done in pants so your legs do not stick.

I immediately took it back to the store for a refund. I purchased the Divine yoga mat from Natural Fitness instead, and have no complaints. This mat may be fine for someone doing ab work... On a carpet... In their own home. That's about it.

Using recycled content paper in business cards, letterhead, envelopes, labels, checks, and printer/copier paper. All of the product packaging and inserts that Natural Fitness uses are made with recycled paper.
Using recycled packaging materials and boxes in the company's warehouse. They also pack with old newspapers and other recyclable paper products.
Helped create the Chicago Biodiesel Co-op, which educated, promotes, and produces locally-derived biofuels.
Greening the company's comprehensive recycling program and using natural light when possible.
Spearheaded an ambitious recycling program for the 500,000 square foot office building Natural Fitness occupies, along with 60 companies.
