(More customer reviews)This product is great to have when you are having minor back pains.What I do is find a way to relax my back muscles by using a back massager or hot bath.Then, I lie down on the back extender, slowly bring my arms up above my head (like making an angel in the snow, and my back starts adjusting itself! There are 2 settings depending on how flexible you are.
