(More customer reviews)I recently rented Amy Bento's Advanced Step Challenge, and I absolutely love it.She has choreography that is challenging but fun to learn at the same time.I would not recommend this workout for the beginner or intermediate stepper, as I think previous knowledge of other step dvd's is helpful first.I've always enjoyed Cathe Friederich's step workouts and wanted to spice up my workouts with other videos.I was a little intimidated to try any of Amy Bento's workouts because from previews they look really confusing to learn, but I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to learn this one after doing it only twice.Overall this is a fun, challenging workout for the advanced stepper.The moves are dancy and high energy, and your heart rate soars.She does not spend much time teaching the choreography so you really have to just jump in and rewind it if you need to.

The preview section allows you to practice the more complicated moves, while the "power ups" bonus section is for those who just can't get enough. If you need more of a cardio threshold/anaerobic challenge, this section is for you. If you are not quite there yet, progress slowly into the "power ups" challenge - before you know it, you will achieve the much deserved title of "expert" as you finally conquer this section.
