(More customer reviews)I use this ball (in the 65cm size) as a "chair" for my desk in my office. It took a while to get it up to the right size. The pump it comes with is lousy: it fell apart a couple times, and doesn't have much power. However, it did get the job done. The circumference of the ball is supposed to be 81 inches. I got it up to about 70 inches the first day. After 2 days (including 1 day of sitting on it), I was able to inflate it to the full size. So far I haven't had any problems with leaking. The ball is working great as a chair.

(More customer reviews)So, i was expecting the 65cm ball to be about chair height. but its definitely not. it looks like a small ball not the medium size ball. its def. too small for me. i can not substitute it for a chair. so that just pretty much defeated the purpose of this ball. i guess i can still use it for exercise.
other then that, the package came ok, but there were spots on it like it had fell in some oil/wet stuff. there was a pump but it was covered in oily liquid which is gross. good thing was that they included 3 plugs for the hole, which is good in case you need more i guess.

i just wish it was bigger. ive had exercise balls in the past before and i always get medium, but this just seems too small to be medium.

I also love the ball. One qualification for those of you considering getting a ball. The size of the ball may depend on not only your height but what you are using it for. In my case, I'm 6' tall and I use the ball to do Core Exercises as taught by Gunnar Peterson and the 65 cm ball is definately too small for me. The 75 cm ball works for me, and I'm completely satisfied both with it's quality and the excellent service I received from Max Fitness in the process.

You can't go wrong with these folks.
