I really like this mat.It is very comfortable, and as I am 5'10", the 72" is perfect.I got the one with the 23" width, which is spot on for mat pilates, but a tad narrow for other mat exercises.Not a deal breaker though. They do offer a 72"x39", and I would have gotten that had space allowed. The quality is readily evident, and you can tell it is well made.I believe this brand is often used in gyms and pilates studios, and you can tell that it will hold up to regular use.

I am very affected by color, and the color of this mat is is a deep,rich, vibrant aqua/turquoise which is very motivating if you are a color oriented person.The vendor, Healiohealth, shipped this to me quickly, and in perfect condition.Highly recommended!

(More customer reviews)Bought this to do pilates on my hardwoods. Really the perfect amount of cushion & does not move with rolling exercises. Great for spine and hipbones. Came rolled up and the edge still doesn't want to completely unfold, that's why it gets 4 instead of 5. I'm sure it will eventually come out but it should've been packaged more carefully. Also, since it is thicker than a normal mat, it takes up a little more room, but it is worth the comfort!
