(More customer reviews)This is harder than it looks.I find it impossible to do without holding on to a chair.The pedals slide smoothly but there is no automatic dip in the center so you have to push one way and pull hard the other.It's a really good workout once you get used to it.No pain in my back or knees from doing the exercise.

(More customer reviews)I would highly recommend this machine to anyone who has trouble firming up their thighs.I have been working out for 20 years and never got results like I did with this gadget.Even my husband noticed the difference!!This takes about 10 minutes a day.I will say up front, it was hard to do at first but I kept doing it anyway and my legs are not only firmer, they're stronger.I would recommend doing this as a toning exercise in addition to a cardiovascular exercise.Good Luck !!
