I have used it for injury recovery, training purposes, and all through my pregnancy. And how often do you find a product that lasts forever? I have only had to replace the elastic belt for a few dollars. I highly recommend the Aquajogger!

(More customer reviews)A bunch of us meet at 7am at the Kailua Pier in Kona, Hawaii.We "jog" out to the 1/2 mile buoy and back.We call ourselves the "Talking Heads".This 4-block float belt is just the perfect amount of float!Some have the more "full-on" belts but they have too much lift on one's back.These belts can be arranged 2-in-front and 2-in-back for freedom of arm movements and even lift.I bought one for myself and one for a friend.It caught on fast since AMAZON gives such wonderful service with the free, speedy shipping!Now 6 of us have these belts (and also the webbed swim gloves!)This product is great because you could remove one or two of the blocks if you didn't want so much buoyancy.It is also good for deep-water pool aerobics classes.

(More customer reviews)This is a fantastic product.Working out in my pool for 20 minutes is like jogging for an hour but with no impact on the feet or knees and near zero chance of injury.Its a lot cooler too and way more fun.I can't say enough.It is all that was promised!

(More customer reviews)Summer's heat and humidity, and a running injury took it's toll on my workouts.I found the Aquajogger to be a great alternative!It's very easy to use, comes with a small booklet that instructs on exercises that you can use for toning.I got the combo pack with the dumbbells and resistance booties. I can do a 60-90 minute workout without any pain or heat issues.Just be prepared--people will constantly be asking you about it while you're working out!
