(More customer reviews)I need to strengthen my hands and this product is exactly what I wanted to get started. The package is resealable so you can place the balls back in it once you finish. They are a little sticky (no residue is left on your hands), but it does make it easier to hold for anyone having any trouble. The is an instruction sheet that shows you a few exercises and I found that to be helpful as well.
