(More customer reviews)Like other reviewers said these are made of plastic.However that said it's high quality thick plastic, and they never feel weak at all.I weigh more than the two reviewers before me (230lbs or so), but they still feel completely solid, so that shouldn't be any issue at all.

I like these bars for a couple of reasons.One you can lower your body below your hands, providing a workout for different muscles.Second it's a lot easier to put your hand around a nicely padded bar then flat on the floor, so this makes the whole setup easier.

They also break down so you can store them in smaller areas, or even travel with them.You wouldn't think it makes much of a difference, but it does, well worth the money.

Bodyrev Perfect Pullup with Ab Straps - Black Review

(More customer reviews)Sounds great - mount a pullup bar in your standard door frame and make workouts easy.Unfortunately, they didn't tell you that you need to be short in stature to use the thing efficiently.By the time you mount the PP system in a standard door frame, and hang the grab handles on the bar, you're hanging so low that (if you're taller than 5'4) your knees are resting on the ground, making a full arm extension impossible.The screws that mount the brackets into the door frame are dangerously short and install very close to the outside of the door frame.If your door frame was shimmed out during installation (a common practice), the supplied screws might be too short to go into the studs, with potentially disastrous results.For your own safety, you might want to get some screws at least an inch longer from your local hardware store.You also need to consider carefully which door frame you install the brackets to; the PP bar swings out pretty far, and if your door frame opens into a hallway or near anything within four feet, you're going to bump into things while using the PP system.In my house, there are only two doorways that have enough clearance to use the PP effectively, so now I have brackets on the dining room entry - a great conversation starter. If you're using the ab straps, you hang almost as low as you do when using the grab handles, and my ab straps DID NOT come with the metal carabiners shown in the ad pictures, so in order to put the straps on the bar, you have to DISCONNECT the whole bar from the brackets each time, a big PITA! Evidently the carabiners are a bit expensive, so they've deleted them and now show the ab straps in a closeup picture, not showing how they attach to the bar. Unfortunately, they didn't lower the price, though. All-in-all, in my opinion, the Perfect Pullup is an interesting idea, poorly executed

(More customer reviews)This is a pleasant surprise!I have been using the weighted fitness ball for a few weeks to help work out a shoulder problem.For that, it has been tremendous.But the other benefits that I discovered, really make this item a great value.The value is in the fact that the ball is soft and pliable.I have been tossing it up and catching it in a "claw" grip.Don't let the light weight fool you!After a several reps, you can feel the burn in the forearms and even the delts.

The strap is helpful for the shoulder swing exercises, but gripping the ball while doing them adds another dimension to the work.IF you're serious about shoulder health, GET THIS BALL!!

I am a 162 lbs male and the Ab Slide Roller helps to give me defined abs, shoulder, chest and arm muscles, with just a few minutes use everyday. You're getting an ab workout, as well as a push-up-type workout when you use this product. There is just one problem I've had consistantly with this piece of equipement, and it is the reason why I'm giving it a 3-1/2 star rating instead of a 4 or 5; it breaks. After just a few short months of use (and by "use" I mean using it in the proper, recomended and instructed way) the internal spring or coiled metal that gives the Ab Slide Roller its resistance, breaks. This has happened with every one of the Ab Slide Rollers I've purchased over the years. (Again, I am using it only in the proper and recomended way.) I've had them last as long as 6 -7 months and as little as 3. But, as I said at the outset, this product does work.
