(More customer reviews)I'm almost 40 and have never been as flexible as I am after one month of using this DVD.It has helped my golf game and made me feel like a whole new person.I actually can't wait every morning to wake up and start my day with about 25 minutes of stretching.In fact, many days I do the routine twice!The time goes fast and you feel so good and are completely relaxed that before you know it you've done 25 minutes of stretching and feel great.

STRETCH MAX is a 60 minute program that consists of three 20 minute stretching segments. The stretches you will see are a hybrid of basic, athletic-based, yoga-based, and gymnastic-based. Feel free to do any or all of the segments as often as you like. For best results and to enhance your flexibility, it's recommended that you do at least one of the segments 3 times per week. Also note that you should be completely warmed up before participating in the segments. Cathe personally likes to stretch after a minimum of a 20 minute cardio. That's when she finds her muscles completely pliable and open to elasticity gains. Each segment focuses on stretching all of the major muscle groups in the body. Segment one does this without any equipment, while segment 2 uses a stability ball and segment 3 uses a resistance band. The overall atmosphere on the workouts is calm and peaceful with very little talking once in the stretch.

Rejuvenation Alignment & Mobility Kit Review

(More customer reviews)I don't know what I did without this roller.I bought it from Amazon last year after using a similar roller during yoga class and realizing how effectively it massaged sore glutes and leg muscles.

Before that, when I occasionally splurged on a professional massage, I would ask for a little calf and glute action but ... well, the glutes especially require someone who really knows how to do deep-tissue massage and I usually went away disappointed.

This roller lets you target knots and really work them -- as gently or aggressively as you want.

And since I first encountered them at yoga, I've tried at bunch at other yoga studios and gyms.There's a lot of variance re: sizes and firmness.This one's my favorite.18 inches is long enough that you don't fall off, but not so long that you need your own yoga studio to use it.It's also firm enough to get at those knots.

Oh -- and I love the celery green color.

Totally satisfied.In fact, I'm ordering another one right now for my yoga buddy.

Nubax Trio Back Pain Reliever Review

(More customer reviews)I have had back pain in the past, and even surgery for 2 heriatied disks in my lower back about 8 years ago (with a VERY positive outcome), and I'm only 48.Sciatica pain, but not from an injury.Then this holiday, I started in with the horrible sciatica pain and tingling in my leg and got scared. I can't do surgery again (but it was the only thing that helped).

So I started looking for something to help. I researched opinions on Amazon for the Back2life product and found a link to[....] to their review, and what they recommended, and that's where I found out about the Nubax product. I viewed some videos on YouTube and purchased it right away.

The packing of the product in the box is FANTANSTIC, and believe me, this is important.I purchases many items via mail order, and lots of things come poorly packed and damaged. You don't want to spend $300 on a product to have it show up damaged.

The assembly of the product is extremely simple, and it actually took more time to take the parts out of the box and remove the protective packing than it took to put it together.

The quality of the product is exceptional, considering the price and that it's made in China.It really is strong and well made.

It comes with an instruction book and a cd. It is very easy to use, and I feel relief right away. I can really feel the stretch in my spine from hip area to the mid shoulder area.I've never experienced anything like this.
I tried inversion tables, but I get motion sick when I hang upside down, so it doesn't work for me. And I can't afford the cost of going through multiple back traction therapies.

(More customer reviews)I wanted one of these for a long time.I just didn't know it.I always loved the Hangup Boots, but never bought them because I didn't want the big inversion table.Then I woke up one morning with a drive to get the boots and just find something (a jungle gym perhaps) to hang from.And then I saw this rack that hangs in your door.It was perfect!It installed easily in my studio doorway.It can be used for pullups or just something to stretch out with everytime I walk in and out of the room.Our daughter is constantly climbing onit and inadvertantly getting great exersise.I did get the inversion boots as well and try to find ten minutes a day to hang upside down.It gets blood to the brain and takes pressure off the spine.You can get a totally different work out being inverted.I highly recommend this to everyone, but especially fellow yogis.Yoga is great for working out back problems and this rack (paired with the Hangup boots) really helps with strengthening and lengthening the back.Cobra pose without a floor!
I am glad I didn't hessitate in getting this.I use it everyday.

Black High Density Foam Rollers - Extra Firm - 4 Sizes Available Review

Well, how much can you say about a foam roll. You lay it down and then you lay down on it. Can be kicked under the couch for those that don't want to lift it. If you drop it, it won't break. Well, don't take my word for it. Read more reviews about a foam roll to be sure.

Seriously though, as foam rolls go, this one is good. It's high density foam, so it won't break apart like the kind of foam that is used to package boxed items. I weigh 175 pounds and found it to be firm YET there's an inherent amount of "give" to it that keeps it from becoming uncomfortable.

So if you're interested in a foam roll to stretch out on, I'd have to say this is a good choice. Also consider Treat Your Own Spinal Stenosis if you need a decent exercise program for your back.
